도심 속 고층의 주상복합아파트에서 단절될 수 있는 자연의 정서와 커뮤니티 활성화를 목표로 하였다. “생기”있어 건강함을 즐기고, “여유”가있어편안함이느껴지고,“ 교감”할 수 있는 자리가 있어 가족과 이웃이 함께한다는 기본 개념을 전제로 설계하였다. 이를 위해 풍부한 녹음과 산책로를 조성하고 Green Pool, Water Pool은 커뮤니티 장소로 새로운 도시 주거문화와 라이프스타일에 부합하는 모임과 홈파티 장소로 계획하였다.

We attempted to create synergy effect of a complex by first considering functional requirements of the administration town through space distribution and facility planning with individual themes of culture, welfare and administration and organically connecting each space. Each space was planned to provide community ground for street parks or other spaces that can accommodate large scale events. By creating a path that attracts nature by linking Suksung mountain with Kumhak stream, a park was built for daily use of employees and citizens. Also, a cultural space that connects to the historical site of light rail transit was created for a place for people to meet and hold events.
